Can you use Facebook Marketing in Grenada for any business?

In this post, Leopoldo Pirela, our CEO and Digital Marketing strategist, will talk to you about the importance of Facebook marketing. He also mentions the importance of using Facebook, especially in Grenada.

Let’s dive into a bit of Facebook Marketing!

So why is Facebook so important?

In Grenada, Facebook is one of the highest used social media platforms. There are over 50,000 people on Facebook, giving you over 50% of the population in one single platform.

That is just amazing for business.

I am not saying that once you post on Facebook, you will get to reach this number right away. But with the right strategy and budget, your possibilities are endless.

What about Instagram? Should I use it?

Every social media platform matters, your brand needs to be found online.

Instagram is owned by Facebook, making it easier for you to market your brand on both platforms at the same time.

We found that only 30,000 people from Grenada are using Instagram. As you can see, this is almost half of that on Facebook.

Currently, Instagram is going through some changes in the way the show content. Some brands are getting almost no interaction unless they are paying for sponsored posts.

Why else should you use Facebook Marketing?

Facebook allows you to create groups and retarget your customers like never before.

In my previous post, the 4 pillars of marketing, I spoke about Facebook Pixels on your website. If done correctly, this will be a game-changer for your business.

We can also look at the cost of advertising. When we have created advertising campaigns for ourselves and clients in Grenada, we noticed their budget went much further on Facebook.

Facebook audiences also interact and engage more with brands. If you are posting the right type of content and consistently, you will see a huge increase in engagement.

As 2020 approaches, your digital marketing plans need to be in place. Make sure to add Facebook and paid advertising to your plan.

In my next post, I will talk about budgeting and using paid advertising the right way for local businesses in Grenada.
